The numbers are estimates

Revenue figures on Nosy are estimates from public chart ranks, not figures reported by developers. They can be wrong, sometimes by a lot. Don't rely on them for investment, legal or financial decisions. How we estimate

Plans and payment

• Free accounts get 1 build a month. Pro gets 12 builds a month, where a build is a new app or a change to one you made. Unused builds don't roll over.
• Pro renews monthly or yearly until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the link in your Polar receipt, and Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
• Founding member is a one-time payment for Pro for as long as Nosy runs. It includes 12 app builds a month; opening a plan someone already made does not count. It covers the Pro plan as it exists, and new paid add-ons are not included.
• Payments are processed by Polar, who act as the seller. If something went wrong with a payment, email us within 14 days and we'll sort it out or refund it.
• We may change prices for new purchases. We won't change the price of a subscription you already have without telling you first.

What you build

• The apps and plans Nosy makes for you are yours to use, change and sell.
• They are first versions written by AI. Test them before putting them in front of users or charging money. We don't promise they are bug free, secure or ready for an app store.
• Nosy builds your own take on an idea. Don't use it to copy another app's name, logo, design, screenshots or copy. You are responsible for what you publish.
• Anyone with a build's link can open it.

Fair use

Don't scrape Nosy in bulk, resell its data, get around the usage limits, or use builds for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful, like phishing pages or apps that take payment details. We can suspend accounts that do.

Limits

Nosy is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made from the data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, paying members get an email before it applies.
